Bangladesh
NEO zipper is located just near Dhaka and Gazipur border in Tongi Industrial Area.

The manufacturing facility is a total zipper manufacturing unit.

Facilities include:

  • All plastic, polyester and metal zipper manufacturing
  • Pre-formed brass zipper manufacturing
  • Dyeing plant with color lab facility
  • Plating plant
  • Water treatment plant
  • Own power generating unit
  • Zipper testing facility
  • Effluent treatment plant


Production Capacity:

NEO zipper production capacity is of USD 6 million per year now and increasing. This is just the beginning. We hope to have a production capacity of USD 10 million by 2010.

China/Hong Kong
NEO has an affiliated factory in China, where NEO Zipper is manufactured under strict quality control of NEO standard. The export is done from Hong Kong. All inquiries are handled by NEO Bangladesh office.
