Few special points to note:

1. All contacts are better to de done with NEO zipper's nearest office. All inquiries will finally be forwarded to NEO's Bangladesh office to handle. You can always contact NEO's Bangladesh office directly.
   
   
2. The freight time and cost will be different for different countries. We can let you know once we receive your inquiry.
   
   
3. We will accept irrevocable L/C at sight in US Dollar only from internationally recognized banks.
   
   
4. Advance T/T in US Dollar is acceptable.
   
   
5. We will go for production only after receiving acceptable L/C or advance T/T from you.
   
   
6. If any special quality of zipper is required, you must mention it clearly when you place the order to us.
