NEO zipper gives special services to its North American customers. Please contact our representative in Canada with all your inquiries.

Our work process to cater to North American orders will be as follows:

• You can send inquiry to NEO zipper’s representative in Canada. NEO zipper’s representative will forward the inquiry to NEO’s Bangladesh office. From then on our Bangladesh office will take care of the order. Of course the Canada representative will follow up everything.
  
  
• You can send zipper inquiry to NEO zipper’s Bangladesh office directly as well and the inquiry will be taken care of. NEO makes very special effort for the distance of the buyer and seller not to have any effect on service.
  
  
• Your zipper inquiry should have following information:
  1. Zipper type (Plastic, polyester, brass etc)
  2. Zipper no. (like #3, #4, #5 etc)
  3. Slider type, position, coated/plated, locking system
  4. Size, color and quantity
  5. Any special quality you require
  
  Please do not worry, once we receive the inquiry from you, we will clear all points from you anyway.
  
  
• Your inquiry must meet our minimum order quantities. Please check our website here to get the idea of our minimum order quantities.
  
  
• Payment term: All payments should be made:
  1. Either by irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight in US Dollar
                                or
  2. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) in advance in US Dollar.
     
  
  We will go for production only after receiving payment.
  
  
• Production Facilities:
  
  1. Will be done in NEO’s own factory in Bangladesh
  2. Will be done in our affiliated factory in China but shipment will be done from Hong Kong. This special arrangement for NEO zipper shipment from Hong Kong is done to give better service to buyers. The affiliated factory produces NEO zipper under strict quality control of NEO.
     
     
• Production time: 1-2 weeks depending on size, quantity and color.
  By air time: 2-3 days.
  By sea time: 3 weeks.
  Packing: Export standard packing.
  
  We prefer to ship zipper by air if time is a constraint for you. But if time is not the factor then it is better to ship by sea as it lowers the freight cost significantly.
  
  We will inform all detail of freights once we receive your inquiry.
  
  
• All custom clearance, duties (if any) is the responsibility of the buyer (the L/C opener). NEO will only manufacture and ship the zippers as per L/C or T/T.
